The backyard features a sparkling newly resurfaced pebbletech pool that can be heated when needed. Brand new pavers and turf surround the pool and mature lemon and orange trees. Covered patio with string lights and sun screens make it the perfect place to enjoy an outdoor meal prepared on the Traeger smoker/BBQ while watching a game on the outdoor TV. Plenty of room to enjoy ladderball and corn hole and even park your RV. Right around the corner, enjoy a park with sand volleyball, outdoor basketball, and playground. Inside, you'll find an open floorplan with all of the amenities. All three bedrooms have brand new king mattresses with luxury bedding, ceiling fans, Roku TV's, and bedside USB charging stations.
