Other Things to Note:
Sunset Island charges a community fee of $200 in the summer (please see below for other seasonal pricing) which includes pool and parking passes for your stay. At check-in, you’ll receive a community information packet and directions. Each stay is granted 6 pool passes - children under 4 don't need a pass. Additional passes may be purchased for $70 a piece or $25 a day (2024 pricing) from the Sunset Island office. 3 Parking passes are included with the community fee. Additional parking IF available is $70 per car. There is room to park 3 average size vehicles on the townhouse property. Large trucks and SUVs will limit your parking space, please plan accordingly.
The following are Sunset Island resort fees for townhomes to be paid at time of check-in or can be paid prior to arrival:
-Summer ($200): Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 25, 2025, to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 6, 2025.
-Fall ($150): September 7, 2025 - September 30, 2025
-Winter ($100): January 1, 2025 - April 30, 2025 and From October 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025
-Spring ($150): May 1, 2025- May 24, 2025
★★ 2025 Pool Schedule ★★
The Sunset Island clubhouse offers year-round access to the indoor pool, with the outdoor pool open seasonally. From May 1 through May 22, the indoor pool is available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Once the in-season begins on May 23, both the indoor and outdoor pools are open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with lifeguards on duty. From July 1 through August 31, homeowners enjoy a special 30-minute early access beginning at 9:30 AM, while general admission for all guests begins at 10:00 AM. On September 1, both pools remain open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Between September 2 and September 21, hours adjust slightly to 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The outdoor pool closes for the season on September 22nd. From September 22 through September 30, the indoor pool reverts to off-season hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
In addition to the pools, guests also have access to the gym, library, and clubhouse Wi-Fi from May 1 through September 30, open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Sauna access is limited to owners only and requires signing out through management. The interactive splash fountains operate from May 26 onward, open from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and again from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Fountain hours may be adjusted during thunder or lightning for safety.
