Just under 2,000sf with 3 large bedrooms and 3 full baths. The bedrooms are nicely spaced apart with one room upstairs on the main floor offering a queen sized bed and an adjacent bath with both a shower/bathtub. The uptairs where you enter the home consists of the kitchen, dining area, living room and balcony, a bedroom and full bath with a walk in shower. Heading downstairs will lead you to the primary bedroom located on ground floor with a walk out patio. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite bath with a dual vanity, large soaking tub and walk-in frameless glass shower. A portable AC unit is available for the occasional humid night. Walk down the hall past the full-sized washer and dryer and supply closet that leads to the third bedroom. This bedroom has two queen beds and an en suite bath with a shower/bathtub.
The home is located at the far north end of the Surfsong complex, a safe, gated and resort-like community. Our guests will have 2 private garage parking spaces located very close to the unit. The complex offers ample guest parking spaces as well. Elevator access to the unit is available in the parking garage with carts to help with luggage.
The location can't be beat being walking distance to the best of Solana Beach. Just an easy stroll 5 minute stroll away is Fletcher Cove, one of San Diego's most beautiful and famous beaches. Fletcher Cove has a great kid's play ground and large grassy area where many picnics and summer concerts are enjoyed. The complex's amenities are awesome - an oceanfront pool, spa and tennis courts. The pool is heated from Memorial weekend through November 1st and also on holiday weekends.
The property is also walking distance to Cedros Avenue, the Downtown Design District of Solana Beach.
