Day passes can only be purchased by the primary renter, who will be asked to provide a photo ID and their original rental packet receipt. No refunds will be provided if amenities are closed due to unforeseeable circumstances.
** Amenities are open daily 11am-6pm from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day Weekend (Boat rentals available WEEKENDS ONLY Memorial Day weekend through Father's Day weekend). Access to community amenities is subject to availability, and their operation is solely at the discretion of the Towamensing Trails community.
COMMUNITY REGISTRATION [REQUIRED]: The Towamensing Trails Property Owners' Association (POA) requires all groups to complete a registration form prior to issuing a rental packet. This form requests the following information: full name, mailing address, phone number, and vehicle license plate numbers. A link to the registration form will be sent to the primary renter within 2 weeks of check-in, and it must be completed 5 days prior to check-in to guarantee amenity access.
** Vehicle/trash passes and guest badges will NOT be issued without completion of the registration form.**
COMMUNITY RULES:

PROHIBITED BEHAVIORS:
~ No parties of any kind

** The primary renter will be responsible for any violations by their guests and any fines incurred during their stay. Reimbursement will be requested immediately via VRBO upon receipt of any fines. Failure to pay within 48 hours will result in an additional $50 fee.
SECURITY: There are two Ring cameras and a video doorbell on the front of the home to ensure the safety of our home and our guests.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Guests are responsible for removing their trash from the home and bringing it to community compactors. If trash is left behind, a $50 fee will apply for host removal (up to 8 bags); additional fee of $5 per bag applies for more than 8 bags.
BURN BAN: We must comply with any state or local ordinance regarding the burning of outdoor fires. If a burn ban is put in place by the POA or Penn Forest Township, current guests will be notified immediately and outdoor fires will NOT be permitted during their stay. Refunds will not be provided in this case as this is outside of our control. **A $750 fee will be charged to the primary renter if any guest burns an outdoor fire during a burn ban.**
ACTS OF NATURE: We do not provide refunds for temporary outages (less than 24 hours) due to weather or other uncontrollable events (e.g snow, power outage, wind, rain, burn ban, internet disruption). Outages lasting more than 24 hours will be handled on a case by case basis. Refunds for travel delays or cancellations caused by such events are not provided.
