Covered parking plus extra spaces for guests. There is a separate designated area for parking your boat (or leave it tied to the dock in the rear) and trailer. Just a few minutes away from Cove Harbor Marina to the East and Conn Brown Harbor to the West, which both have a great boat launch, bait stand and restaurant. Enjoy the view of the canal from the rear decks of this home. The interior of this unit is in excellent condition with recent upgrades. Cool granite, sharp stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchen, and towels and bedding supplied. One bedroom with a king-sized bed, one bathroom, kitchen, living area, and laundry facilities are located on the main floor.
