Wildlife right out your window. Ocean less than half mi. away. Hamilton's Pond right down the street is a favorite fishing location, teaming w/ bass, perch, and other fresh water fish, turtles, beavers, river otters and assorted bird life, such as eagles and peregrine falcons.
