Custom built 1,200 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath view home located less than 6 miles to all the fun Leavenworth has to offer. Beautiful horse property shared with the owner's custom home and barn. Wake to the sound of horses and chickens and the occasional train. Our homes sit about 300' back off the road and the train tracks. Trains mostly run during the day but occasionally there is one or two at night. Earplugs are provided for those light sleepers. Most sleepers who visit from the westside are amazed by the lack of traffic and plane noise at night. We are a dog friendly property($60 per dog per visit) and can also accommodate your horse as well(please contact your host for details and availability prior to booking). Our property offers a private hot tub, bbq and outdoor dining area. The apartment(which is located above the owners private 3 car garage) also includes a lovely, covered porch where you will enjoy views down the valley to the Enchantments Mountains and local forest views. We are located about 9 miles to Plain for winery or beer tasting, 15 miles to Lake Wenatchee and Fish Lake and less than 6 miles to Leavenworth with great dining, beer and wine tasting, along with Blewett and Icicle brewing companies. Enjoy gift shopping, an alpine coaster, reindeer farm and fun on the Wenatchee River. Need more...Wenatchee is a mere 30 miles to the east and 55 miles to Lake Chelan. Stevens Pass is a traffic free 40 mile drive up from the eastside and Mission Ridge, a true locals hill, is also about 45 minutes to the east. We have plenty of room for your toy trailers and are located about 1/4 mile from the entrance to Clark Canyon where forest service roads can take you to Lake Wenatchee trails and even to Lake Chelan!

Please note that we are a mountain town. Most travelers will access us via Stevens Pass (US-2) or Snoqualmie Pass (I-90) and Blewett Pass (Hwy-97). AWD is recommended and Chains may be needed. Our driveway is fairly flat and we maintain it via snowblower (but it usually will have 1-2" of snow on it).
We also recommend you invest in trip insurance for your vacation.
