This is a family friendly neighborhood and the kids will love swimming in the lake. (Home is not in downtown and located in a private community of Bear Creek Lake). We have a well equipped 1500 sq ft. house that is made for families to feel at home. There are toys for the kids, beach towels for swimming and everything a coffee enthusiast would need!
