Positive: Kitchen was fully stocked which we wanted to cook daily and we did. The decor was welcoming with beach vibes.

Negative: Was very upset that 3 steps existed between patio and main home...I specifically searched for places that were one level and this was advertised as such. Two out of 4 of us have knee issues and we didnt want to deal with steps. My other concern of the properry was a very weak floor as you walked into master bathroom... we all felt as though we would fall thru at anytime, there was that much of a dip in the floor...very unsettling. The kitchen table was nice size but chairs were like bar chairs and sat high...your feet dangled if you were short. This was a party of 4 all over age 50.. high beds off the floor and high kitchen chairs are probably more favorable for younger renters.. nothing really wrong with those things just not comfortable for elderly folk. My other dislikes involved the photos about the property when booking versus the reality of where we were... I was disappointed pool was closed down although advertised being open, I was disappointed the 3 public piers shown were smaller than how they were photographed and their distance from our location was not walking distance but drivable distance...same with park and tennis courts.. I was under the assumption these things were easily accessible distance for walking not the distance they actually were. Montego Bay is a very nice area/compond/development, but older people will not walk all those streets to fish, swim, or play tennis...even with children I wouldnt have wanted my kids to walk that far in an area they didnt know. I believed when I booked this place that I would be able to see these things from the home or maybe they would be next door....but 100% not the case... I contacted immediately the property people and stressed my concerns of what was advertised versus what was reality and that conversation was rough...apparently any photos can be put and if I wanted a one level unit I should have looked for handicapped wheelchair accessible unit not an accessible entire unit 1 floor....

Summary: Not really what I thought I was getting...
