Beautiful quite neighborhood surrounded by water. All the neighbors are very friendly, many kids live on the block.
This area is about 1 mile away from shopping centers and restaurants. Right outside the boating channel there's a beautiful sandbar where you can anchor and enjoy the water.
About a 20 min drive by boat to the tiki bar and 10 minutes away from Rodriquez key and many popular snorkeling spots.
