Positive: Staff is friendly and helpful

Negative: We’ve stayed there three other times and noticed on this trip that there was no complimentary welcome drink at the front desk, no pen or paper in the room or available on the maid cart when we asked the maid for a pen. Duke’s restaurant was so booked up even hotel guest couldn’t enter to eat. The club room breakfast no longer had breakfast bars to nibble on. Seems like the are cutting down on anything deemed extra.
