Summary: Blackout curtain broken upon arrival. Maintenance fixed, broke again that evening. Bathroom flooded after shower. Espresso machine broken in lounge. Someone lightly knocked on door, despite “do not disturb” sign being up and proceeded to enter until door wa physically blocked. However, front desk extremely nice.
