This unit is a townhome totally remodeled with large patio partially covered and a deck off the master bedroom that will amaze you morning or evening. Magnificent sunrises with views to Tampa and the Skyway bridge, watch cruise ships and tankers in the distance, or yachters out and about on the channel at your fingertips. The kitchen has a breakfast island, and extends to the open great room with dining and living room view to the bay. Vinyl planking and wood throughout. Not far from the Gulf Beaches maybe a 10 min drive, the renowned Ft Desoto is 20 mins away. GulfPort is a sweet little community on the bayou lots of shops and food, dancing at the casino. Downtown St Pete less than 4 miles with all the bistros, nite clubs, five museums and 3 live theaters, The Florida Orchestra, Operas, and Tampa and the Airports are 20-30 minute drives. I-275 makes it easy to get to Sarasota, (POLO even) or north to I-4 or I 75.
