Beautiful hardwood flooring and tile throughout. There is no carpet. The bedrooms have queen size medium firmness memory foam mattresses with plenty of closet and storage space. Washer & dryer in the unfinished basement along with plenty of storage and a half bath.

Almost walking distance to The Highlands neighborhood with shopping and dining galore. Only a short drive to many city parks, historic Churchill Downs and many other local attractions! There is also a grocery store about 5 minutes away!
There is ample parking for 2-4 vehicles. There is a long driveway and a 2 car garage.
