Summary: It is alot farther to the springs than a 3 minute walk. Almost driving distance. No propane in the bbq grill so that was useless for our steaks. Did not have a kitchen but the microwave and refrigerator were nice. The wifi was almost non existing and almost unusable. Heater worked great and the bed was comfortable.
