Welcome to 19th and Spring Garden, a wonderful historic property in the Art Museum area. The unit is located on the 3rd floor of a three story building. The unit gets lots of natural sunlight and offers a balcony with views of center city.

If you are bringing your car the area offers free street parking (subject to availability) or if you prefer a parking garage you can find one just 2 blocks away at 420 N 20th St. Please note it's access hours of Mon - Fri 6:00am - 6:00pm, Sat - Sun9:00am - 5:00pm. It's Called Rodin Place Parking garage. It is located on the left-hand side of N 20th St. (a one-way street) between Hamilton St. and Callowhill St. The building is right next door to Target.
