The fully equipped kitchen features beautiful white cabinets, glass tile backsplash, new appliances, and a wide kitchen counter for serving buffet style and extra seating, 12 cup coffee maker and k-cups as well. The living room has generous seating, a Flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa. All 3 bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a new king bed; 2nd bedroom has a new queen bed; 3rd bedroom has 3 new twin beds, one of these is a Trundle bed! Located in center of Pleasure Island, close to shopping and restaurants, the complex has private beach access, an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub and grilling area.
Please note: An HOA-operated security camera has been installed on the street-facing side of the building. This camera provides surveillance of the area in front of the complex.
