Positive: THE LOCATION WAS VERY CONVENIENT TO THE PLACES I HAD TO GO TO. THE INSIDE OF THE HOME WAS CLEAN AND ESTETICALLY PLEASING, NICE PARKING AREA.

Negative: HOST DID NOT SAY THAT SHE LIVED ON THE PROPERTY UNTIL THE DAY OF SHE DID NOT SAY THAT THERE WOULD BE SOMEONE PRESENT AND OCCUPYING THE BASEMENT THE ENTIRE STAY. I WOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED THIS PLACE. WE HEARD MALE AND FEMALE VOICES FROM THE BASEMENT AS WELL AS SMELLED FOOD COOKING FROM DOWNSTAIRS. THE HOST CAME TO GET A PACKAGE THAT WAS ON THE PORCH WHEN WE ARRIVED FOR CHECK-IN THE NEXT DAY. THE BATHROOM HAD A BOUQUET OF DEAD FLOWERS AND A SIGN THAT SAID DO NOT FLUSH TOILET PAPER, WHICH DID NOT MAKE SENSE TO ME. NO TELEVISION IN THE MAIN LIVING ROOM, ONLY IN INDIVIDUAL ROOMS.

Summary: LOCATED IN A VERY CONVIENENT SPOT, CLEAN AND DECORATED GREAT, BUT LISTING WAS VERY MISLEADING
