Welcome to the Resurrection Fern Cottage! A wonderful place for families - or several couples - to gather with a 2-minute walk to beach and a beautiful pool!
This spacious lowcountry style home features a second story, main living level with family room, living room and a large Master suite. Relax on the front porch in one of the rocking chairs or make your way out to the large, open patio situated right off the kitchen with patio seating, umbrella, table and grill. This level also features a formal dining room and dining area adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen has standard equipment, double wall ovens and under counter ice maker. The family room has a large, flat screen TV and the Master suite boasts a king-size bed, private bath, double sinks and shower.
The lower level has a large family room complete with large flat screen TV and pool table. The three bedrooms on this level - one king bed, two twins and one trundle bed that converts into two twins - feature private bathrooms with showers. The laundry area is found on this ground level with easy access to the front of house and the well-maintained backyard.
The upper level has three large bedrooms - one king, one queen and one set of twin beds - all offering private bathrooms with tubs and showers.

Resurrection Fern Cottage has a Sea Island Membership and can provide Temporary Membership Cards for our Guest that grants them access to all Sea Island Amenities and gives them the ability to book activities and dining with Sea Island. If the guests chooses to purchase these Membership Cards, the guest is charged the fees, as shown below:
Adults (26+): $175 daily
Children Under 26: $60 daily (2 free children passes are provided with the purchase of 2 adults cards in the same Family)
Example: Family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 children (between the ages of 7-25 years and not married) will be charged the following on a daily basis: $175 per adult per day and no charge for their 2 children. If a family has 3 children under 26, the 3rd child would incur an additional $60 per day charge, for total of $410 per day to have a temporary membership. All children over the age of 6 must be given their own card.
Pet friendly - Limit one dog with a nonrefundable $250 pet fee. Any undisclosed pets on property will be assessed a $250 per day, per pet fee.
Absolutely no smoking on property!! This includes outside porches, driveway and yard.
Outdoor surveillance cameras are used in the front and back yard and the front and lower back door have a Ring doorbell.
