This is a genuine mountain property, and part of what makes it special is its elevated, treehouse-like setting.
There are numerous stairs on the property, including stairs leading to and around the cabin. The terrain is mountainous and can be uneven in places.
For this reason, the property may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations, difficulty climbing stairs, or difficulty walking on uneven terrain.
The creek and surrounding natural areas can also become slippery, particularly after rain. Guests should use appropriate caution when enjoying the outdoor areas.
